Shipping policy

We post orders Australia-wide with Australia Post, with tracking. We don't ship internationally.

Postage costs

Postage is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your parcel. You can choose Standard (3 to 5 business days) or Express (1 to 2 business days). When a free shipping offer is running, the minimum spend is shown on our website and applied automatically to Standard shipping at checkout.

Dispatch and tracking

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days, and we'll email you the tracking number once your parcel is posted.

Local pickup only items

A small number of very large items are marked "Local pickup only" because they can't be posted. These must be collected from Randwick, NSW. We'll contact you after you order to arrange a time.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, email us at hello@minimarketa.com and we'll follow it up with Australia Post for you.
