Mini Marketa was created to make buying and selling children’s toys feel easier, calmer, and more thoughtful.
Anyone who spends time around kids sees how quickly toys pile up, how fast children outgrow them, and how much perfectly good stuff ends up sitting unused.
At the same time, many families are feeling the pressure of rising costs and are looking for smarter ways to buy, sell, and reuse.

Mini Marketa is a curated marketplace for pre-loved children’s toys. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, with a focus on quality, safety, and condition.
Our goal is to unlock and enable the circular economy of toys.
Why Mini Marketa exists
Mini Marketa started after we noticed a problem, there wasn’t an easy, safe and trustworthy way to sell toys.
- Local buy/sell groups can be chaotic.
- Large resale platforms can feel impersonal and overwhelming.
- Haggling for prices can be exhausting, and busy parents don't have time for that.
- Donating to Charity is great and something we wholeheartedly support, but donation bins are often full and you don't know if your toy will be accepted or discarded.
- Old toys end up on the curb for council clean up.
What we care about
- Quality: Well-made toys that still have plenty of life left in them.
- Trust: Removing the risk out of buying and selling
- Sustainability: Reusing toys means less waste and more thoughtful consumption.
- Convenience: Life is already hard enough. We want to make selling and buying toys fast and easy with minimal admin.
